Josh the owner contacted Signarama in need of new window lettering. His existing window lettering had been on the glass for several years and overtime faded and cracked. His shop did not have any permanent ground or wall signage so the intention was to make new graphics bigger, more attractive, and in addition have somewhat of a “pop”! Inside the shop there was a decal that had a particular font called Coffee Tin that our client was interested in using for the verbiage. What was unique about this font was that it had multiple layers within each letter making it ideal for a full color print.
We proposed doing the full color window art to span across three of their windows as well as on the entrance door. Making sure our concept would give that “pop” we used the color red which is one of the most powerful colors the eye can read. Since glass windows generally have tint to them we also added a white outline around the copy to ensure maximum readability.
Much like a tattoo, the window lettering will leave a lasting impression for many years to come.
