About The Client
Sol Portion Studio is an airbrush tanning company who have been in business since 2011. They are a long-term client that we have been working with since 2012. The company provides sunless tanning solutions related to skincare, equipment, supplies, and application technique. Sol Portion is known for its high-quality products.
Project Overview
For their new Shelby Township location, Sol Portion wanted to use a black backer to make the letters on the building pop. The company next to them had a similar look, so they wanted to follow suit to make everything look uniform. We didn’t do a consultation with them until the sign was installed, as most of the communication was over email with the client. Once the channel letters were completed, they wanted us to add on a window graphics package.
The permitting took three weeks, which was a little bit of a setback. This project took eight weeks from start to finish. The sign in Shelby had a solid aluminum face, a cut out logo portion, and the only thing lit up was the text.
The Result
The client had an overall great experience working with us. They had great trust in us since we have worked with them in 2012 on their Birmingham location. The client was very satisfied with the final product.
