About The Client

PHA USA called us looking to update their signage. They are a division of Pyeong Hwa Automotive, a global company based out of Korea and China. They were going through a rebrand and needed to give their old signage a facelift. The existing signage had the same name but the old color scheme (green and blue). Since they had their new branding already, we just had to give them a little push in the right direction as to what their signs should look like to best represent their brand!

Project Overview

From start to finish, this project took about 4 to 5 months. We began discussing concepts of the signage they wanted in May 2019 and were able to install them in November 2019. There was a lot of back-and-forth communication on designs and how to incorporate their branding in a way that would best suit their company. This required approval from their headquarters, which is located overseas and the time zone difference added to the delays. PHA USA debated on whether they wanted to have an illuminated set of channel letters or non-illuminated. They chose to go with an illuminated set of channel letters since the electrical was already there from the previous sign. However, the company did opt for a non-illuminated cabinet sign. Due to an updated code, the new sign was smaller than the original sign. Our install team removed the previous sign and replaced it with the new, updated one.

The Result

PHA USA loved the final product! With the new color scheme that consisted of orange, grey, brown, and white, PHA USA had a beautiful channel letter/ground sign duo! Since then, we have done more work for PHA including interior signage and banners for their trade shows. We have enjoyed working with them as they build their brand!
