About The Client
Brown Campbell is a family-owned company that has been running for over 60 years. The company offers superior specialty steel and fiberglass products. John Campbell found us online and called to reach out. He wanted a monument sign and had a picture of a monument sign from another state that he wanted to recreate.
Project Overview
The client had taken the photo of the monument sign from another state and wanted his sign to be almost exactly like it. The original monument sign had a flowerbed below the sign. It took 3-4 rounds of samples to find exactly what they wanted. The samples themselves took 2 weeks to get back to us, which made the process a little lengthy. There were many one-on-one meetings onsite with the client, as they were very specific and knew exactly what they wanted. The client also came into the shop with the production team to give input on the sign and feedback on he’d like to change / keep.
The Result
The client was very happy with the sign at the end. It took seven months in total to complete the sign because the exact finish was custom made. We kept an open line of communication with the client so that the sign turned out exactly how they wanted it.
