Partnering with GM ARC
Signarama Troy recently completed a project at the GM ARC signage site in Warren, MI. The GM ARC signage project took place at the General Motors Global Technical Center, located at 30502 William Durant Boulevard.
Designing the Statement Piece
GM needed a sign to embody the innovation of the Autonomous Robotics Center. They wanted modern design, clear branding, and striking visibility. Our design team created several concepts and presented them to GM. The chosen idea became a bold side-lit 2” acrylic lobby sign. It immediately captures attention when entering the building.
Why Lobby Signage Matters
Lobby signage is more than decoration. It sets the tone for visitors, employees, and stakeholders. A striking sign communicates professionalism, culture, and identity from the first moment. Thinking Outside the Box
Finding the right solution required creativity. Our solution used a new product to achieve side-lit acrylic at two inches thick. This unique approach delivered the bold effect General Motors requested. The finished product combined form, function, and durability.
