Our HOA organization contracted Signarama Troy to produce a "Property Of-No Trespassing" sign for a retention pond we have in our subdivision. The customer service department was very responsive in producing a proof, reviewing colors and font sizes, and making any changes. The service rep was also very efficient to work with. All in-person appointments were promptly met. I would not hesitate to use this business again.

I am very pleased so far with the service from Signarama. I haven’t finalized my purchase from them yet but Abby, Nora, Aaron, and Linda have been fantastic. I spoke to Abby by phone , dropped in for vehicle measurements and had a very appealing quote in my hand in no time at all. I put down a deposit for vehicle decals and I’ll be back when the job is done to finish this review.

The team at Signarama were very responsive to my request for a quote to create a sign for the South Oakland Food Depot, a food pantry inside the St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store. The sign was perfectly made and now it is much easier for our neighbors who need food to find the pantry within the store. We have had many new clients in the weeks since the sign was installed. Signarama did a great job on the sign!

Stopped in here for the first time in a very long while. What can I say, WOW! With strict covid protocols and curb side pickup available, I did not get a chance to tour the improved facility, but what I saw from the outside was amazing. The front office looks great, and it isn't even finished yet! They added to their installation fleet as well! I have had signs made here before a Peace Corps sign for my sons going away party. I needed a sign done for a drive by for a patient who was getting a bone marrow transplant. The owner donated the sign to my surprise. Took the time to make sure the sign was just right. I will always use them. Heard they had made shields and donated to the hospitals at the time of the shut down. Thanks again Signarama Detroit in Troy

My wife (Mary Kay) picked up senior yard signs for International Academy at Signarama and they were so easy to deal with a did a great job. She had a "No Contact" service, which meant the order was placed via phone, approved via computer and pick up outside the building! Special callout to Torey Staid and Marissa, Torey was informative and on top of the project the whole time. Thanks so much!

Great customer service and our lighted sign came out great. After a few lighting issues in the beginning, Matt thoroughly analyzed the issue and came up with the proper solution. Great service! Both Skylar and Robert were super nice and very helpful. They rushed my order for a trade show banner stand (I paid up for it but it was super short notice). I placed the order on a Tuesday afternoon and it was scheduled to be completed Friday afternoon. They got it done a whole day early and I picked it up on Thursday afternoon! Would definitely work with them again.

Worked with Sign-a-Rama to create some banners and yard signs. They were required on short notice and Mike was able to get it done before the deadline, and the product looks great! Planning to do more with them, including vehicle wraps, event signage and name tags. I also have referred them out to other business partners for LED building signs and have gotten good feedback from the referrals. Great company, thanks Mike!!

Had my initial issues with Signarama, but the CEO, COO, and managers personally came out to resolve the issue. They were very concerned with my issue, and I was frankly surprised they put so much effort into solving the issue at this point. The quality of the stamp I ordered will last a lot longer then the one I ordered from another company. I received a quote 6 months ago. I called and gave them the invoice number, they found the item I got a quote for. I approved the stamp and had it within a few days. The staff were so helpful. This place is very good and very professional. They have helped me do a totally transformation of my business. I worked with a designer named Alex and she is excellent. She’s very knowledgeable and seems to really like what she does. Unlike the 10 other places I called before them these guys actually show up, get you a quote, and get you installed in a timely fashion. I will NOT use anyone else in the future. The quality of the materials excellent as well, much better than other sign company’s.

I recently had some graphics done for my church bus, which was my second time using this Signarama in Troy. I am very happy with the product and the staff is very friendly and professional. There was a slight hiccup in the communication between the staff and myself, which slightly delayed the project, but Mithila (inside Sales Manager) quickly resolved the matter. Mithila was very professional and handled the entire order efficiently. My church bus looks great and I would recommend this location for your vehicle graphic needs.
