Rochester Mills has become one of the largest beer-producing brewpubs in Michigan. The brewery is focused on brewing high-quality craft beer. With such a strong focus on details with their brewery located in Rochester Hills, the management team at Rochester Mills knew to reach out to the local sign experts in Metro Detroit when they needed a facelift from their old sign. They had an existing sign that was about 20 years old with a sign that had front-lit channel letters with neon. The old school neon had not illuminated in quite some time and had been serviced more times than they cared to remember.
Rochester Mills Brewery was looking to upgrade to a higher quality look that matched their brand in the local marketplace. They also wanted to maintain the logo identity while doing this. The client was not looking for blocky letters to display. The timeline to create this project with fabrication and with permitting was about two months long. The final product is channel letters mounted on a brick surface. The channel letters are white during the day, but in the evening they have a gorgeous red halo-lit. The new signage matches the company brand and stands out.
With such a beautiful building highlighting the streetscape of Downtown Rochester Hills, we are proud that Rochester Mills Brewery chose Signarama Troy to set them up for the next decade of their building signage.
The client was excited to finally have a working sign in front of the brewery. “I think it looks great and I love the backlighting in the nighttime,” said the client. “It was a fairly short process with a great outcome!”
