Located in the heart of Downtown Detroit, the Penobscott Building is a local landmark. The 47-story building was built in 1927 and is the third tallest building in Michigan behind Detroit One Center and the Renaissance Center. Penobscot’s full-service office environment offers a wide variety of on-premise retail shops, restaurants and other convenient services.
In 2012, the building was experienced new ownership by Triple Properties LLC. The company was looking to change out the existing leasing with their new logo and contact information. Currently the building had three 8′(h) x 4′(w) real estate leasing signs on the corners of the building. The real estate signs were made of 1/4″ Alumicor which is a high gloss baked enamel finish aluminum that is laminated over a corrugated plastic core. These signs were run through our flatbed printer which printed the ink direct to substrate.
Maintaining maximum exposure in a high traffic area all 3 signs were replaced with the new look.
