About The Client
Oakmont is a senior living home with locations all around the Metro Detroit Area. Oakmont gives seniors the opportunity to live a luxurious lifestyle in the comfort of a bustling community setting. We were connected with Oakmont through a referral from our client, David.
Project Overview
Since we started working with Oakmont, we have changed the faces on the Sterling Heights location 2-3 times in a three-hour span. We have worked with Oakmont locations all around the Metro Detroit area including Northville, Livonia, and Clinton Township. The updating of the logo is the reason for the face changes at the sites. Sterling Heights has the largest Oakmont sign. We have also done buses for them, this was a big branding change for the company.
The Result
The face changes took about two weeks to complete. Permits were not needed in the Sterling Heights area for a face change which made things a lot easier. Our team completed all of the surveys and most of the communication took place via email. We received quick approvals onsite. This project moved very quickly and the client was very happy with the overall product.
