Project Overview
We are delighted to showcase our recent project for Hanwha Defense, where Signarama Troy/Metro Detroit had the opportunity to create a captivating interior lobby sign. Hanwha Defense reached out to us in search of an inviting sign to welcome their clients when they arrived in their lobby. After researching options and consulting with several sign companies, they chose Signarama Troy to fulfill their vision. The task at hand was to replace a previous sign that had failed to meet their expectations, as it was installed with VHB tape that proved unsuitable for holding the weight of the logo portion and some of the letters over time.
Our Solution: To address the challenges posed by the previous sign, we devised a simple and effective solution. Our team recommended stud mounting the ¾” thick acrylic letters directly to the drywall surface. This method ensures durability, stability, and a secure installation that will withstand the test of time. By using stud mounting, we could confidently guarantee that the new sign would maintain its integrity and continue to impress visitors to Hanwha Defense’s lobby.
The Result
The final outcome surpassed Hanwha Defense’s expectations, creating a stunning interior logo sign that perfectly represents their brand and enhances the overall aesthetics of their space. The stud-mounted acrylic letters provide a sophisticated and professional appearance, making a strong visual impact on anyone entering the lobby.
