At our Signarama location in Troy / Metro Detroit, we celebrate the hard-working, future focused and passionate women in our organization that are such an integral part of our business. We recognize this growing national campaign as an important time of the year to revisit our efforts centered on collaboration and diversity in the workplace. Like much of the construction and manufacturing world, the sign industry has historically been a male-dominated workforce and we place extreme focus on recruiting, hiring, training and developing the women within our organization.

The numbers are a bit staggering, that just 10.3% of the construction workforce is women, and with the current job market after the Covid pandemic we are more committed than ever to providing opportunities to train and employ women at Signarama.
One of the best ways we can encourage women to join the construction industry is by showcasing the voices and incredible activities of our women in the sign industry, and giving them the opportunity to mentor future generations through their experiences. We are pleased to introduce you to the incredible women here at Signarama Troy / Metro Detroit… who play key roles in our day to day processes, client experiences, design and leadership sessions.
