Today’s main focus routed signs and our in house router table. Router tables come in various sizes to accommodate different sized sign shops and ours happens to accommodate materials up to 53.5″ x 101″. Router tables can be used to do Push-through Letters, Engraving, ADA Signs, Channel Letters, Cut-to-Mask, Drilling, Reverse Carving and various other products.
Believe it or not people see routed signs every day such as Monument signs in front of subdivisions, dimensional letters for lobby signs, address plaques, etc. A routed sign starts its life as a solid piece of material and a cutter begins to cut away some of the material, and leaving other portions to create a 3 dimensional sign. Having a router table allows us as a sign shop to produce 1000’s of different designs with various different materials. If you need multiples of the same sign, a computer controlled router table allows us to make the all the exact same with some very tight tolerances.
