Project Location

Metro Infectious Disease Consultants of Rochester Hills is a group of medical physicians that specialize in infectious/communicable disease pathology and treatment. In early 2007 we fabricated and installed two sign cabinets for I.D.C. (Infectious Disease Center) on the wall of this location. On the south side of this medical building we installed a 3′ x 12′ box sign and on the north side we installed a 4′ x 4′. Both sign cabinets we fabricated from our standard 8″ deep aluminum extrusion kit and internally illuminated with florescent bulbs.

In 2012 the facility name changed to MIDC and were once again contracted to update the signage. With the existing cabinets already in place on the wall we only had to change the Lexan panels out within the cabinet. By using the aluminum extrusion kit for the cabinets removing the existing sign faces would only require taking one part of the four part frame off from the box, sliding the old face out, and then sliding the new face in and re-securing the frame.

This is a great example of our long lasting craftsmanship! Even though this client went through an important rebranding in Rochester Hills, they were able to take advantage of our well built sign cabinets and only needed to invest in replacing the lexan sign panels. We were happy to help!
