  • Kenneth Velick Digital Printed Sign

Dr. Velick recently took over this dentist office in Royal Oak and came to SIGNARAMA Troy looking to update their image. Road exposure was an issue at their location, so the Dr. Velick had a problem justifying the money for a new sign, but still wanted to clean up the building with a custom looking routed sign.

They came in and sat down with Micheal Stephens, one of our most experienced sign experts and developed a sign solultion that was both cost effective (In their budget) and yet very custom looking!

The sign was built in our shop in Troy by routing and mounting to the building a 1/2 thick piece of MDO (wood) with a 1″ inset all around the edge so the Dibond (metal) sign appears to be floating on the building and the tooth on top sticks up above the wood trim. The dibond was direct printed on our new printer the HP Fb500 flatbed and laminated to protect it from the suns UV rays. It was then taking to our Gerber Sabre router table and routed into a custom shape with the help of the camera alignment system on our router. Then the sign was taking to the customers site in Royal Oak and epoxy glued over the top of the MDO (wood) which we had already fastened to the building for a seamless look with no exposed fasteners.

So if you are looking for a custom looking sign to stand out of the crowd or to update your image but you have a tight budget…..Look no further SIGNARAMA Troy’s staff will be happy to help you make a awesome looking sign whatever the budget.
